I am trying to enroll a Dental Pathologist with TMHP. His file came back flagged as Texas Faculty Dental License not acceptable. I have 5 other providers with same license and TMHP enrolled these providers. TMHP does not have any answer as to why this particular provider's license is not acceptable, but the others were. Does anyone have any wisdom they could share?
